I started at Progression Group in 2019 and some of the struggles I faced was retaining people because I was only focused on myself and my Goals, but I quickly realised in this business the success of my people is my success -that’s Leadership.
I decided the only way to get out of this struggle was to go back to the basics, i decided to get seriously focused on the system and remained disciplined and focused on my goals and the value of Teaching and Training properly.
